Best Eco Friendly Diapers Reusable

👤I got this for my son. He is 5 years old and does not speak. He is not near potty training and is big for swimmers. He didn't mind getting them on. They are small. We might be able to get one summer out of them. I gave them 5 stars because they do the job. And let him move with no rubbing or heavy weight. If the makers read this, please make bigger sizes. The special needs community would buy them. We as parents can not find good things like this. I am spreading the word to everyone I know.

I hope that the company makes larger sizes, a lot of children with disabilities take water therapy classes, and this would be great if it were available to children who are unable to be potty trained. They are easy to put on and take off, unlike disposable ones, which are difficult after they are wet. A portion of the proceeds goes to a non-profit. 👤I have been using the Honest Diapers since my son was born and I was really excited about the new wet indicator as it was the only thing missing. As soon as I opened a new diaper, I could tell it was different. This wouldn't have been a problem if he was leaking through the diapers. I thought it was a coincidence but it has happened many times now. I received birds and stripes instead of the breakfast and robot package that I ordered, it just wasn't what I ordered. The absorbency was amazing if it was the old versions.

I didn't leave the baby's diaper to soak wet, so it was fine with urine, but poop was a different story. The cinched waistband made it look neat, which may be for a sleek and less bulky look compared to another brand. There isn't much absorbency so poop leaked everywhere and sawped out of the waistband. It is pricey too. It works out well for other people despite the fact that these didn't work out for my baby. Consistency of poop may be a factor. Breastfed babies may have a more watery consistency than formula fed babies. Neither is wrong. It didn't work for my baby.

My last two packages have not been delivered. I was hoping that the smaller pack was a change that would last. 👤Really wanted to use these diapers. I don't see what all the hype is about. The cost is way more than hellobello. I like the smell of scented diapers because it makes your child pee unattractive. The smell of the swaddlers is amazing and it comes with an indicator. If you want something that is more eco friendly. I suggest hellobello, they feel the same and cost less. I have tried some pure ones, and I will say they are okay. I switched from pampers to other brands because of the leave on my son. I am a fan of cruisers and may try one again once I finish these. I couldn't find them in a size 3 anywhere. It's nothing special to break your bank for no reason.

I went with 5 stars because these are my favorite cloth diapers and will be my go to diaper if I need more, but they are not what I would consider to be the best. We have a lot of hard water and it wasn't getting clean enough. When it came to ammonia burns on my baby's bottom, I used Tide Original Powder, even though it voided the warranties, even though I was told multiple times to use Tide. We live in Northeast Ohio which made it difficult to hang up the diapers in the winter. The BumGenius All-in-Ones took a long time to line dry, which resulted in us having to tumble dry them on low. Between the hard water and the Tide, our diapers lasted 2 years. Efforts to re-waterproof the PUL failed. I looked into cloth diapering when I was pregnant with my second child because of the cost savings and environmental impact. I didn't want to spend $20 per diaper for a product that I didn't want to use, so I took a chance. I have a great rotation of diapers and only have to wash them every few days after buying 3 packs of 6. I've been using them for 6 months with my second child and I couldn't be happier. There is a I have always struggled with the issue of cloth diapering being less absorbent than disposables when we are away from home, but I have found cloth diapering to be more absorbent than disposables when we are on trips away from home. A disposable diaper is more absorbent than a cloth diaper. You need to be prepared to change your diaper more often. BumGenius has a PUL that is folded over onto the waist tabs, which is helpful in preventing leaks, and the top edges on the front and back are also helpful. The snaps are very good. The All-in-Ones didn't dry as quickly as I would have liked. I didn't find them to be as absorbent. I thought stuffing the inserts into the FuzziBunz pockets would be bad, but it wasn't. The elastic on the leg holes and the waist of the Fuzzibunz made me dislike it. Oh my gosh! It was a big pain. I didn't think they were as absorbent. I can hang these diapers up in my dark, cold, below ground basement during winter in Northeast Ohio and they will dry overnight, which is a major perk and gives me hope that they will last longer than 2 years. I wash them in Tide, but I also wash the inserts separately, in warm water, extra rinse, and heavy soil setting. There are leaks with the Alva Baby diapers. If you look at the uploaded pictures of the one on Baby, there is a potential leak spot where the white inner lining touches Baby's clothing. I try to make sure that the fleece lining is tucked inside the diaper to minimize leaking. The cow print cover is more prone to leaks than the more "plastic" covers because they absorb water from the inside liner. The styles and colors are adorable and I've gotten a lot of praise. These are a great value in cloth diapering and I apologize for the lengthy review. I would recommend them to anyone.

👤These are the diapers that I love! I love them so much that I bought four packs. The prints are fun. I like the double gusset and gray lining. The Alva pocket diapers are not as good as these. I started getting leaks with the microfiber inserts. I switched to bamboo inserts. I would like to have these come with bamboo inserts or not at all. I cut open the microfiber inserts to reuse them and discovered they are only 3 layers, which is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. Dishonesty is not cool.

The only thing I don't like about them is that they don't have a wetness indicator, and the exterior can feel a little stiff and papery when wet. Some of the patterns are bold and can be seen through light colored clothes. I would prefer a white diaper. The quality of the brand is not affected by these things.
