Best Eco Friendly Dryer Sheets Lavender

👤Maybe I'm not using them correctly because I'm just throwing them in the dryer. I might be using liquid fabric softener. My hair is standing up because my clothes are coming out with static. I have two cats with hair all over their clothes. The static on the clothes is so bad that all the fuzzies and hair are sticking to the clothes, so there's hardly anything in the lint trap. I bought a set for my mother, but she won't use them anymore because they make her clothes stink. I have tried spraying febreze on the balls and using them in the dryer to eliminate the smell. My clothes are covered in hair, full of static, and more wrinkled than they've ever been using fabric sheets. They're cute on the plus side.

The essential oils on the balls don't last very long. I put large safety pins on three of them and no more static. I haven't noticed any lint on my dark clothing, but they do pill a little. They like to hitch rides in pockets, sleeves, pillowcases, and folds of sheets to get a change of scenery. I have to find the one who escaped from my bedroom.

This stuff is light and smells great, but it's not so strong that you don't smell it when your clothes are dry. It smells like spring. Neither of my boys had an issue with it. I really like this fabric softener. It seems like a good value for the quality of the product. The lid is double as a measuring cap, but it is hard to see the line, it is the only issue I have with this product. I measure it at the half way mark in the bumped portion of the cap. It says to use one and a half caps for a full load, so I use 1/3 of one cap full, it works great for me. I'm going to try it. I still love her. I will use this as well.

👤I used these with smaller loads of wash a number of times. I put my comforter in the dryer with the balls. I have to do three - four drying cycles using Heavy Duty or Permanent Press to get the comforter completely dry. I put the comforter back in the dryer when I take it out to make sure the edges of the comforter are against the drum. The last time I used a cycle was 40 minutes ago. The last time I took the comforter out of the dryer it was ruined with tan colored stains. I had a good comforter that was stained by a dryer ball, now it is a $200 comforter.

👤I need to cancel my order. Downy fabric softner sheets are good, but I don't like them. When I put the sheets in the dryer, they stick on the outside of the vent and it becomes very sticky, because every box that I have received so far has been damaged. The thing that I dislike the most about these sheets is that they attach themselves to certain fabrics and when you pull the dryer sheet off of the laundry, there are thin strings that feel like hair attached to the different pieces of the fabric. I don't know if it's related to the large boxes of Downy fabric sheets, but it doesn't happen when I get small boxes.

👤I have been using Downy April Fresh dryer sheets my whole life. They have changed the fabric they use to make them. They fall apart in the dryer. I have to remove the tiny threads from my clothes after they come out of the dryer. It is very annoying. They stick together in the box, which makes it difficult to pull them out. The "Rain" variety of Grab Green Stoneworks Dryer Sheets is fragrance free. There is a It's not. I could smell the laundry in the box. The pungency was off the charts once opened. Really, inexplicable. If there is a marketing loophole that allows Grab Green to advertise highly scented dryer sheets as "fragrance free," then that is unfortunate and absurd, as is the idea that a company would actually use that loophole in its advertising.
