I think it's a good idea to remind my fellow Starbucks mocha drinkers that the beverage they get at our local Starbucks consists of a cream-like white liquid and a shot of chocolate syrup. I first pour half and half, add some Hershey's syrup, and then use the K-cup in the coffeemaker. A beverage that tastes like a "Mocha" at Starbucks was created. The taste of the beverage we buy at Starbucks will never match the taste of the coffee we drink alone. Try my recipe. It might be the closest you need to get to the product you enjoy.

I had to check the expiration date to make sure it was still fresh, and I'm not sure why it tastes so bad compared to the individual boxes I purchase at the store. They changed the color of the Pods from Green to Red. This new recipe is so bad. It tasted like dirty dishwasher water. I don't know what dirty dishwasher water tastes like. I can see that it is close in comparison. Fix something if it isn't broken. The original flavor was amazing. The original recipe should be brought back. This was the only coffee I would drink. I'm looking for a new coffee again. This isn't the first time a Coffee Company has changed their process for the worse. I will never buy this coffee again unless they bring back the original recipe. 👤You can't beat this coffee. For the past 18 years, I have eaten plenty of coffee, most of it was too strong, bitter, and only good for waking you up, but I still drink it. A guy who worked for me used to brag about Chock Full o'Nuts all the time. He was from Brooklyn and we never paid attention to him. I saw they made the K-cups and wanted to try them out. I am happy I did. I have had the best K-cup coffee I have ever had, and a few other people have also switched to Chock Full o'Nuts. I can't go back to anything else now that I have had this. I used to put sugar and creamer in my coffee, but now you don't need it in this coffee. It's perfect in a cup.

I loved the SoHo Morning coffee so much that I was drinking it through July 2021. I would consider it an altogether different blend, even if it was identified by the green & black Pod label. I think it would have been better to have left SoHo Morning as it was, and introduce the new blend with its own name. The Original blend of Chock Full o' Nuts has been consistently excellent for decades, so they know how to keep it that way. I will not be buying SoHo Morning anymore if they don't bring back the blend they sold earlier this year. There is a I was delighted to discover SoHo Morning Pods, which had the same amazing flavor in a milder form, and I have been drinking Chock Full o' Nuts Original for decades. The milder version made me think of the old TV commercial, where a person says "this really is heavenly coffee." I had been ordering the SoHo Morning Pods from Amazon for a long time, but things changed when I received them in August of 2021. The box and foil pouch were the same as before, but the labels on thepods had changed from red and black to green and black with just the company name and no mention of the blend. There is a Coffee made from these newer Pods tasted different than before, with a darker, stronger, a bit bitter, and lacking many of the distinctive flavors that had previously made this blend so exceptional. I bought a few more boxes in case the change was just a manufacturing glitch, and got more of the same diminished coffee. I filled out a contact form at the Chock Full o' Nuts website, but got an error when I clicked submit. I called the toll free number on the box and was connected to a third party answering service. They promised to convey my concerns to the coffee company, and to ask the company to contact me. Replacement coffee was also offered. It took almost six weeks and a second call to get a single box to replace the three boxes I returned, and I still have not heard from the coffee company about the quality issues I reported. The replacement coffee sent directly from the coffee company has the same flavor and quality issues as the coffee I bought at retail and returned, and the complete absence of any company response to my multiple reports of these quality issues, I think this is the direction the company has taken. There is a My expectations were set by Chock Full o' Nuts Original, a brand that I would expect from a premium brand. SoHo Morning is vastly different from what it was just a few months ago, and I think it's a different blend. I think it would have been better if the company had decided it was good enough to stand on its own. SoHo Morning won't be buying me anymore. I will be checking on things periodically to see if the company brings back the star product it had. Poking a small hole in the center of the Pod label and shaking out a third of the grounds is tedious, but gets me close to what I had in SoHo Morning, at least until I find a better approach.

👤Coffee can kill a budget. The Kona is the most expensive coffee to buy from a baseball concession stand and has a smooth taste. This coffee is very smooth. I added a picture of the cup I'm having now, it's not watered down or weak, although Kona is not the strongest blend Amazon offers, this is a "medium roast". Kona is one of my favorite coffees. Pick a roast that you like the best and then compare it to the Amazons line. I've pushed my daily limit and never developed scurvy like I have with other brands. Not everyone experiences my experience. The Kona is delicious. Applause to Amazon for their affordable coffee products.

I only got 6 of what I would call normal coffee, and a number more that I would consider bordering on unusual flavors but still close to normal. It would be fine if that was the case, at least it would be ground coffee. I also received 6 hot chocolates, 5 teas, and 3 instant coffee in a K cup. I haven't tried all of them yet, so more may be instant coffees. I don't drink coffee in k-cups. It is a fancy way to mix dried powdered into hot water.

👤I've had several instances where my machine stops making brew when I tell it to be careful, be careful, clean the needle, etc. The glue that holds the filter paper to the top of the white plastic around the rim just doesn't hold when I autopsied the ones that went bad. The paper detaches. The coffee machine needle goes through the bottom of the filter to make a hole. All the water is coming from the detached filter. You get a mess, coffee grounds and water going everywhere, and you have to plug the machine in. This seems to be a common complaint in the other 1 star reviews. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves.

The glowing statements about them in other reviews are laughable. " You aren't drinking heated up plastic so you are very healthy compared to the K-Cups. I'll stick to good coffee that comes in the plastic K-Cups.

I use this coffee with the middle cup setting on our K-cup because it is more of a medium strength coffee. If you like using the extra large cup size, then you might find this coffee isn't as bold when you add creamer. 👤I don't usually write reviews. I had high expectations for the Fall variety of coffee and was eager to try it. The pumpkin and maple are weak, and it tastes like water. The Fall Blend is not as good as it could be. A strong cup of coffee is what I like. The Major Dickenson blend is my favorite. I would never have spent my money on the coffees if the box had specified that they were blond roasts. I suppose you can live and learn.

I tried to make the netting flow better by cutting holes in it, but it didn't work. I have never had an issue with the other brands of eco Pods or the regular cup. That's a strike against this product since I don't find it appealing. I haven't had a chance to try adding an extra filter to the cup to catch the grit, but it might be possible. There is a The coffee grounds aren't fully encased in plastic, so they don't keep as long as regular K-cups once the bag has been opened. If you go through a whole box in a week or two, it's not an issue, but if you drink less coffee, it might get a bit boring.
