👤It is a great piece that is sturdy, rolls smooth, easy to assemble, neutral, clean lines, etc. There is nothing in the design to hold the bags open/in place in their spots, which is different from what I was expecting. You thread the wire bits through the top of the bags, which will hang off the wire bits where they sit on the rails. There are no grooves in the rails to keep the bag hangers in place. Depending on how you load the bags, they can stay open or not. The wire is only sitting on the rail, not attached in any way. Cool if that is what you want. I don't. I grabbed a few black zip ties and strategically secured a few spots. I am happy now that it is visible. I don't need the bags to lift out as this is just a sorter for dirty laundry and it lives in my laundry room beside the washer. I need the bags to stay put.

There are many tubes, which could have been confusing, but they are all labeled with numbers that correspond to the legend. Blow-ups for details of assembly and what parts were needed for that step were included in each frame. The wheels were installed between 2 frames of the instructions. It was obvious that they needed to be installed at that point, and that it was not difficult to apply them. There was a small nut wrench in the hardware sack. There are two wheels that can be locked. Since there are no instructions about where to put them, you can choose. You can be at choice if you spot that ahead of time. I was impressed with the quality of the parts and how they came together in a relatively inexpensive product, around $35. I was pleased with how easy it was to maneuver through a home with tile, carpet and transitions between. We used it for laundry. When my wife saw the hanging bags, she thought they would hold less than our old open, single unit. She agreed that it will hold more than our old one after seeing how the bags expanded to accept the load. I believe these bags will hold up for a long time.
