Best Eco Friendly Laundry Detergent Liquid

👤I have ordered three bottles of Free & Clear. I recently noticed a strong, unfamiliar, drug store perfume smell coming from nowhere yet everywhere. I live alone, so no husband will step out on me. I started sniffing around to find the smell of whence came after I was reminded that I was going to die alone, unloved and childless. Went room by room, but please imagine a towering castle on a cliff overlooking a roiling ocean, and then sniffed my sleeve, jeans, and sheets. Think of a bloodhound in a flower shop. A sommelier is at a tasting. Think... I think you know where this is going. This BOTTLE IS BEING HUNTED. The Geranium is labeled with the wrong label. That's probably it. Ignores thumping noise in laundry closet.

The plastic used to hold laundry detergent needs to be resistant to a lot of abuse. There is a You get a lot of washes from this tiny bottle, you don't smell like a dryer sheet, and my clothes look brand new after the wash/dry. It works well on pizza sauce. If you're not a "save the Earth" person, buy everything found on the side of a NASCAR race car, even if you're not a "save the Earth" person.

👤The first bottle I received was leaking and I returned it for a new one. I just received a refund. The amount of detergent that is given out is not premeasured. It pours out in your machine and you have to flip it back upright. The faster it pours out, the harder it is to squeeze. The bottle lasts more than two laundry cycles because of the time and effort it takes to figure this out. Will not purchase again.

We have been using the same amount of detergent for loads, but we still have to spin and rinse the loads after the washer is full. They have a lot of products from dish detergent to everything else. I like a light scent when cleaning. lavender is calming to most, and blue eucalyptus adds freshness to laundry, both of which are benefits of most essential oils. Most essential oils have anti-bacterial or cleaning properties. Good for the environment, good for you and good on clothes! Try their lavender and blue fabric softeners. It keeps them fresh and fluffy.

👤I had this laundry Pod on order for automatic delivery for more than a year and it worked well until they changed something and it no longer dissolved in the laundry. We are using the same equipment and the same water, washing the same clothes, and suddenly undissolved soap and a plastic hunk comes out when finished. 👤I like Seventh generation products. I buy laundry detergent at my favorite store. I was very excited to purchase the laundry packs that I could get in my subscription and save on Amazon. The laundry packs don't get dissolved in the wash cycle if I use hot water. Part of it breaks down and the rest forms in the dispensers. I have to put them in a separate container, add boiling water to them, and then put them in my washing machine. That is ridiculous. Maybe they are old? These were a waste of money. I will return to liquid.

I will have to package the soap in baggies and throw out the original containers. I had an asthma attack. Really. This detergent smells wonderful, it doesn't set off my asthma or make me itch like other detergents, and it doesn't make me itch like other detergents. It gets my clothes clean. I have to force myself not to use too much because it feels small compared to non-concentrated products. My powder detergent is more economical than shipping liquid across the country, and the liquid enzymes in the Tide provide a better stain removal than the one in my powder detergent. Shrink wrapped in plastic, the Tide box is not recyclable. The bag that holds the soap is plastic. The nozzle can't be recycled. It's messy, apart from all of that. It's a chore to squeeze out all of the soap in that bag. I have never spilled soap in plastic jugs. Which can be recycled. Don't bother with it. You can recycle empty detergent jugs.
