It can be hard to swallow this stuff for ten minutes a day, but you will get used to it after a few days. When it goes into my mouth, I like it a lot because it comes out a lighter shade. I accidentally spilled a few drops on my bathroom counter, but it doesn't taste bad. It made the bathroom smell great. Make sure you are practicing good oral health habits. I use Sensodyne toothpaste and an Oral-B electric brush for three minutes after lunch and dinner, as brushing immediately after eating is bad for the enamel. I bought sensitive brush heads. I floss directly after every meal and snack using the Oral-B Glide floss picks, and I also use a tongue scraper from Amazon. I don't rinse my mouth after brushing because it removes a lot of the paste, I just spit and wipe the outside of my mouth, then use the scraper to remove toothpaste from my tongue. spit out the Pulling Oil and rinse it after use. I use the oil after flossing but before brushing, as instructed by the directions. I will be updating this in a week or two when I finish the bottle, I know a lot of people say this and never do, but you can bet on it. For now? Five stars. April 7th, 2021. Exactly one week later. Good news! I think this product might stop me from using the term 'inflammation' in a matter of weeks, as inflammation has continued to go down, leaving me with a very dark shade of pink at the gum line. It looked like my teeth were starting to fall out, but the next day they came back to life. It seems like when the changes kick in, they kick in. My teeth have gotten a little more white since my last review. I wouldn't use this for teeth Whitening, if that's your main goal, but that's just me. My teeth hurt less when I brush them. I see myself making this a part of my oral hygiene routine if the good results continue. I'm excited because I thought I would toss this in the trash after a week. Five stars again. There is a I'm a little late. Guess I lost track of time. I noticed that my oral health seemed to be getting worse as I neared the end of my bottle. The inflammation was coming back and my gums were bleeding. There are two theories that I have. If you use too much of the product for too long, it can cause a reverse effect and cause some damage to your oral health because goodbacteria is being removed with the bad. I needed a professional cleaning from my dentist after using this product, but it was only going to improve my oral health, so I didn't need this product at all. I think it's a combination of both. There is a I was able to get a proper check-up because I had already scheduled a dentist appointment. I was surprised to learn that I just needed a basic cleaning. I'm pretty sure I would have needed the more expensive cleaning if I hadn't used this product. The inflammation was terrible before I tried this, but it looked like it was a little beyond the beginning stages when I went to the dentist. You can barely tell that I have inflammation after the regular cleaning. I think the pulling oil and the cleaning saved me. I don't think my dentist visit would have been the same if I hadn't given it a try. Is it a miracle worker? I wouldn't go that far. It works. It made my teeth white and reduced inflammation. If you can't visit the dentist because of the Pandemic, a lack of insurance, or the hefty price tag that comes with those appointments, I recommend giving this a try. I don't think it will completely eliminate the problem, but I think it will reduce the impact that problem might otherwise cause and keep it at bay for a certain amount of time. Be sure to keep an eye on your developments. It seemed to work great until it didn't work at all, and you don't want to reverse your progress by overdoing it, if that is a possibility with this product. It is possible that something else caused the bleeding and inflammation, as I made a few changes with my medication and diet around that time. I see myself buying it every three months as an extra cleaning for my mouth, but I don't see myself using it often. I thought about changing my rating to four stars, but I will stick with the five I gave it. It didn't cure my gum issue completely, but it helped in a number of ways until I felt safe to go to the dentist. I bought these tabs for travel and camping as they are easier to pack than the giant jar of Uncle Harry's. I like that the product is natural and plastic free and is easy to pack. It's easy to use and it gets to a very toothpaste-like consistency very quickly once you start brushing. I don't like how much it foams up. I'm used to a low-foaming toothpaste, so this stuff is too much for me. I don't like the taste. It's too sweet and leaves an aftertaste, which makes my breath feel not as fresh as I'm used to. It doesn't leave my teeth feeling as clean as I used to. With Uncle Harry's, I can go all day without the fuzzy sweaters on my teeth, but with this stuff, I'm okay for half a day. The worst thing about this is that it made my mouth sore after I used it for 3 weeks while traveling. I don't know why. It's really uncomfortable. I can't wait to get back to using my usual toothpaste. This is okay for short-term use. I think I will pass.
