Best Eco Friendly Poly Mailers 9x12

👤I should have known better because I rarely purchase and receive things that are so bad that I have to return them. I don't think I'm lucky that way, I'm just a savvy shopper. When I opened the package, I could see how thin they were, compared to other poly mailing bags I've ordered before. I grabbed the first bag in the pile and saw a hole in the bottom. There are holes in many of the bags, including the inner bag. It would appear that the bags are homemade because of the holes in the middle where it appears they were burned during the home-sealing process. I have no choice but to return the bags because they are so thin, even though many did not have holes. I wouldn't send these bags back in one of the bags. Maybe I should.

👤I have a stock pile of these for eBay, Poshmark and Mercari because they are a great quality. It is worth it to me to revive the amount. They have survived shipping items to Hawaii without a puncture. It's a staple piece in my home office.

The edge of the seal was "knotted", as if the inking of the bag missed some spots. The pink ink was sttuck on the tape when I pulled the bag out and lightly touched the tape. It could be better. The glue strip needs to be bigger. I need to make sure my bags are adequately sealed before I mail them. When I need to buy bags again, I will probably try another brand.

👤I'm a little uneasy about the quality of the stuff I buy on Amazon. I was surprised when I sealed it and tried to open it. The tape on these is the strongest I've ever bought, and as far as tearing is concerned, it would really have to be done. If you need poly bags, you will most definitely buy again.

It was very convenient for me to switch the shipping labels that I had put on the wrong bags because of the material they are made out of. I think it's cool that they're compostable, and I and my customers agree with them. 👤The seal is easy to get stuck to and it is helpful for shipping light but bulky items. It's impossible to redo the part of bag or wrapping paper. Is it sticky? Firm strip under the sticky part would help.

👤I wanted to like them. The modern camel color is a compostable label. They don't seem as durable as plastic because one easily got a hole in it. Stickers won't stick when labeled. 3M packing tape is safe to mail. That was also disappointing. I will not buy these again. I would return them. I already used a few. It's hard to know if you should return them. There is a I will use these up. I will use packing tape to make sure the mailers won't open or tear en route.

👤I use these packages to ship clothes I sell on depop, and I really like them. I've seen people complain that the adhesion is too good. I read a review that said that the packaging has melted before and damaged the seller's product, so that's something to keep in mind when you're looking to purchase. I have only been using these for a few weeks, so I have not encountered that issue. Will update my review if there are any issues.

👤I just started selling stuff on eBay and these are great. I shipped out some plastic tumblers that fit in these. I wanted a large size because I had enough room for more bubble wrap. I think customers survived usps well from Los Angeles to Arizona and Georgia.

👤If you send light objects, you might want to use these mailers, because they are good for sending a 326-page folder. I went with this to help reduce costs, and have never had any issues with post office mailers. Delivery and packaging were good. I will never buy them again and I will stop looking for something better than post office's mailers, because this is not the first disappointment. I can now say that post office's mailers are fairly priced and that they're simple.

👤I use thousands of mailers a week for my business. I thought I'd try them out. I don't feel comfortable shipping my products in these mailers. When you're trying to close the top, they tear very easily, compared to a poly Mailer. I won't be using them.

The bubble wrap on the batches I received was not evenly cut and stuck out over the actual envelope so it didn't have a clean end. I hope they fix that, but it is a great bubble mailer. I have already used half of them.

👤These are thicker and have better quality paper than some of the other ones I've bought. The edge of the lid could be a better location for the glue. I liked the ones that look like hot glue, they seal great and go all the way to the ends of the lid. The envelope comes apart easily if you try to stuff it in.

👤Exactly as I expected. They are small, but the right size for my purposes. Due to the bubble wrap inside, there is not much capacity if you want something bigger. The stickers stick well.

👤I ship a lot of packages. These were the perfect size for my balms and salves. When I arrived at the post office with over 50 packages, the post person had to use shipping tape to tape them all around, which was ridiculous. The material they use doesn't allow the shipping label to stick and it can peel off or stick to other packages, which is what happened in the mail tote. If you have to wrap tape around it and the entire label, it will make it difficult for the package to be biodeficiency.

I was disgusted when I saw that the CEO was happy that Trump was bringing a new era of oil and plastic. It didn't work for me. 👤A little flimsy. Thankfully there are 100 of them. I trimmed an inch off of 2 of the sides and put it into an envelope to give it more rigidity. The recycled paperboard description seems to fit the idea of cardboard being stiff.

👤Surprised to find that these aren't the same size as advertised on Amazon. They are not stated as 8.5 x 12. They are about the same size on the outside and inside. I checked the box I received and it said the same size as the label said, so it's not that they sent me the wrong size. They are not the size advertised. It is a shame that will have to return. There was a lot of non-biodegradable material wasted during the shipping and return of these items.

👤I don't use these often due to the nature of what I ship, but I did recently receive a return from a buyer and they used this bubble mailer as the return packaging. I was excited to see if the closing worked out well when shipped around and opened. If you try to open the envelope from the closure flap, the bubble mailers will destroy it. That is what I wanted to see. On the other side of things, you have to be careful filling these bubble mailers because they can tear on the corner of a flat box being inserted. I will deal with it since they are green.

👤Exactly what I was looking for. I sell my old clothes on Depop and this envelope is worth the price. You can write on it and it's made from renewable resources. You don't have to worry about the rain ruining it because of the bubble lining. Will buy again.

👤The envelope is too short to properly seal with the self-seal tab, so you will have to send the documents in a different way. In my case, the purpose was defeated because you end up having to tape the package or fold the documents. A great idea for a product with some flaws.

👤The envelopes are 100% compostable. The opening won't hold a document of that size. The width is too small and the length is fine. If the usable width was increased, I would purchase more.

I purchased these to be an eco friendly shipping option but not only were they not sturdy enough to survive being shipped inside another box with additional support of wrapping and cushion but the wrapping is in plastic and The Cushining is plastic too. It is greenwashing and a quick money grab for this company.

👤These mailers are great. My friends have shipped things to me before and they hold up well. Is they perfect? No. They do a good job. There is a Why is the review score low? There is a I wanted these over other mailers to reduce the amount of plastic waste. It's wrapped in unrecyclable plastic and it doesn't matter. I thought I could get away with it, but I have to put some plastic in a landfill. Your recipient won't have any guilt. There is a Thanks to China and Amazon. :')

👤I spent a lot of time trying to find recycled paper and padded mailing envelopes. I was able to ship packaging-guilt free because I got a larger quantity than I needed. The paper honeycomb interior is not as strong as the stuffed mailers. They are fine for my purpose. They were an affordable price and were shipped fast.

👤The envelope material is sheer with a smooth waxy paper and has little thickness to support the contents in the package. The problem was with strength. The edges of the packaging were delaminated. We had minimal secure packaging goals for outgoing parcels. We received 1/3 of the envelopes. We paid extra to have these nice looking envelopes.

👤My son did paintings for Mother's Day. They wouldn't get involved in transportation. The envelopes are nice, but I was upset to find that they wouldn't fit in the 8x11.5 paper. The inside of the envelope is much smaller than the 8x11.5 dimensions would suggest. We are trying to be more eco-conscious. I didn't think I would have to sacrifice something. Not worth the hassle of returning them.

👤I sell stuff on the internet through an online marketplace called eos. I have used the red ones. These are better than any poly ones in stores and a lot better for money.

👤I took a chance because I saw a lot of other reviews complaining about how small these were, but I thought the books I hoped to mail were much smaller than the envelope. I might be okay. Nope. I might cut them apart and tape them together. I get some use out of them. I was able to use them because one was large enough to wrap around my books.

👤I intend to continue using these mailers and I think they are the most eco-friendly mailers available right now for a reasonable price. Don't expect the quality to always be the same. The first order had both green and pink mailers and they all looked great. I like the finish of the mailers, but it's not cheap. The 2nd order looked good at first, but I started pulling mailers out with horrible printing on them, most of the 2nd pack was like that. I'm angry that I didn't take a photo of the worst ones before mailing them out, but I didn't have time to get a replacement pack in time because I had so many pre-orders. I had to send out a bunch of mailers that are going to make my shop look bad. I was planning to order in bulk, but this makes me hesitant to do so. There is a I have to cut them open if I need to go back into a bag, the glue is great, but it sticks so you have to open it again. I wish they had a second strip of glue that would make the bags 888-282-0465 if I need to get into a bag again and re-seal it. There are no issues with the durability so far. There is a If you follow the info on the bags and go to their official website their prices are insane for the exact same mailers even if you order the largest bulk pack available. They said it costs more to advertise and get people to buy on their website, which come on you literally stamp your website on thousands of bags that people pay money to buy and mail out as free advertising for you. I don't buy it. I'm not sure what the real reason is for this. It's just a little too shady and67531 to be taken seriously, but I was happy to find out that they are the official seller and that they are not a scam company. I used to use fancy mailers but wanted to get away from single use plastic as both myself and many customers are sick and tired of it and so I started using Eco Enclose mailers. If you don't need colorful mailers, I can't recommend them enough because they seem to care about the environment and don't sell anything that doesn't align with that goal. If they ever come out with a colored option, I'll probably never order them again. I got these out of frustration with the current selection of Eco Enclose mailers, which are not very expensive or fancy, but are ugly or plain, which is sadly the case with most eco-friendly mailers. These are a great way to keep packages exciting for customers while using plastic that is already in the system which is generally better than paper options for the environment but just be ready to check them all when they arrive to make sure they didn't. I'm hoping that they will give me something for this batches and that they won't make a mistake, but either way, keep an eye out. There is an update on 9/4/2021. There is a --- I was relieved to find that the seller had back their product and would send me a new one to replace the poorly printed ones. The new batches looks better and I'm happy to know that customer service will make it right if there is quality issues. I am increasing my rating to 4stars despite the problem with the streaky batches.
