Mineral SPF 30 is tinted on the face. Some of them like to go outside. Broad Spectrum SPF 30 protection is provided by their tinted, zinc-based Mineral sunscreen face lotion. Chemical free sun screen. The zinc-based Mineral collection was created for lounging. The Sun Bum collection is lightweight and silky and will leave your skin feeling clean and protected. How to use. 15 minutes before the sun exposure. After 80 minutes of sweating and swimming, apply again. Sonny has a tip. A white tint is normal, as the rad screen sits on top of your skin, not absorbing into it. Protect your skin. The key to safe sun is to protect your skin. The Mineral Sunscreen line is Hypoallergenic,Gluten and Cruelty free to ensure a fun, clean day in the sun. The Bum is a good place to trust. What does that mean? It means that the people who live on the beach need products that work on the most intense days in the sun. When you make products to protect the ones you love, you make them better.
👤I bought this product off of his recommendation after I found out that Korean chemical sunscreen might not be as effective as claimed. I was a little worried about a few things. There is a I have the most oiliest skin. My old sunscreen did leave a bit of shine. It was the best sunscreen I had ever tried. This is the closest my skin has ever looked to be normal. There is a I was hesitant on this product because of the tint, but I did not want a white cast. I think it matches my skin really well, I am light to medium with an olive undertone. It almost looks like I have makeup on, but it doesn't cover my skin problems. I had a few cysts that were caused by the sunscreen, so you can see that it doesn't cover them completely, but it does blur the clear part of my skin. I think the tint offsets the slight white cast. If you are light to medium/olive, it matches really well. There is a I love the texture, it doesn't pull on the skin I hate in a face sunscreen, and it's almost silky. It feels nice to apply, not too thick or watery. I have only had this product for two days and I don't have anything bad to say. I will have to see if it causes any problems. I would highly recommend! I have been using this for over a year now, and I can never go back to anything else. It doesn't cause any problems when I sleep with it. I use it instead of a primer, and it works great. I have not gotten a sunburn since I started using this. When I'm at the beach, I apply every few hours. I love reapplying because I can put it under my eyes without burning my eyes, and I also love it because it controls my oil and gives that blurred bb cream effect. When I started using this along with the rest of my skincare routine, I was no longer a person who got compliments on my skin. I'm very happy I found this product.
👤My skin is oily T zone, dry cheeks, sensitive and prone to Rosacea. The pros of this sunscreen: mattifying This is just okay, it has no fragrance, no white cast on my skin tone, and it is too orange for my skintone. It seemed like it would be a great daily sunscreen, but I had issues with it the more I wore it. It has a thick texture and a very matt finish thanks to the Silicons. If you have any dry patches, I would not recommend this product. The sunscreen will leave a rough texture on the dry patches. It leaves my face looking flat, no glow, and all one flat color. If you have oily skin, this product would be good because it is waterproof and will keep you from getting greasy. This is too drying for daily use for someone like me who spends most of his time inside. There is a I think the sunscreen is neutral, but on me it is a tad orange. I am very fair and have a cool complexion. It is very much visible in some lights and not so much in others. I don't have a better option and I can see it being useful in some situations, so I will keep this sunscreen.
The original SPF 50 sunscreen is free from sun screen. They use this every day. The beginning of it all was the sunscreen. They made a sunscreen to protect people who love the sun. Sun protection is Mokturian. The sunscreen is non-comedogenic and is packed with vitamins. Their oil-free, water-resistant and reef friendly. SPF 50 face lotion is great for all skin types. How to use. 15 minutes before sun exposure, apply liberally to all areas of the skin and avoid the eye area. After 80 minutes of sweating or swimming, apply for the best results. Sonny has a tip. For maximum sun protection, apply every 2 hours. Protect your skin. The key to practicing safe sun is to protect your skin. Their Original Sunscreen line is Hypoallergenic, Octinoxate,Gluten, and Paraben Free to ensure a fun day in the sun. The Bum is a good place to trust. What does that mean? It means that the people who live on the beach need products that work on the most intense days in the sun. When you make products to protect the ones you love, you make them better.
👤I would give 0 if I could. The sunscreen was advertised as reef safe. I bought over 50 dollars worth of it for my scuba diving trip because I wanted to be sure I wasn't endangering the coral I was there to see. The sunscreen contains two chemicals that have been shown to be harmful to the coral. I am not happy with the false advertising. I read the label and my friend said that the brand isn't reef safe. They should not be marketing it as reef safe.
👤This burned my eyes like crazy. This shouldn't be a face sunscreen as it needs to cover your whole face to be effective. I wanted this to work for me, but sadly I will be returning to my previous sunscreen.
👤One time I passed out on the beach and my friends used it to write "loser" on my chest, I know this product works. The insult was set in by the sunscreen while I slept. I had a sunburn for three weeks. Theloser on my chest is still obvious after months. I deserved it. I was a real piece of work that day, and I made a lot of people angry. One of those people used the sunscreen on them to seek justice.
👤Sun bum is a main ingedIENT. Avobenzone works the same as oxybenzone. Exposure to sunlight causes it to penetrate the skin. The sun's rays absorb into the skin. There is a A synthetic UV absorber and SPF booster is called Octocrylene. It can cause allergic reactions in people with sensitive skin. There is a Octisalate is bad for coral reef. Our ocean has lungs. "Australian Gold" tinted sunscreen is a better alternative. Better for you and the environment! Barriers over the skin are physical sunblocks.
👤Safety sealed for extra reassurance was one of the reasons that I was very happy with this purchase. Aveeno, Neutrogena, and many others don't bother with that Light, watery formula that feels more comfortable to apply under makeup. I apply the amount I need on my hand and squeeze it onto the back of my hand, so it doesn't bother me. It is not an unreasonable extent that the shine common to sunscreens is still there. SPF 50 makes me think I am getting at least SPF 30 even if I don't apply the generous amount that is needed for maximum effect. Reapplication every 2 hours is still recommended. Cute packaging and company culture. It is cheaper than other brands, but I would buy again if I could.
👤I love this sunscreen. I use it under my makeup every day and it makes my skin soft and supple. It is like a sunscreen, primer, and moisturizer all in one. It is also free of cruelties.
👤Finally, I have a sunscreen that I can use on my face that doesn't cause me to get breakouts or a white cast that actually helps my skin. I have to put body lotion on my face to keep it from getting dry, so my minimum requirement is that the sunscreen doesn't dry me out. My allergies make it hard to find something that I can use. This product is vegan as well as cruelty-free. I don't like bee wax, lanolin, and animal fats. I am very pale, so I don't know how this would work out for someone with darker skin. It's worth trying for the price.
SPF 50 is used for sunscreens. Some of them like to go outside. Broad Spectrum SPF 50 protection from UVA/UVB rays is provided by their natural, zinc-based Mineral sunscreen, which sits on top of your skin to block sun. Chemical free sun screen. How to use. 15 minutes before the sun exposure. After 80 minutes of sweating and swimming, apply again. Sonny has a tip. 👤We used this product in the Philippines for a week of sea kayaking off the coast of Palawan and 4 days at a beach resort. There is a lot of sun exposure time. We wore long sleeve rash guard and hats when we reapplied, as nothing works better than SPF clothing. We only used 2.5 bottles for two people over the course of a week and a half because we took 4 bottles. If you want to go without a rash guard, I would suggest you use a bottle for 3 full days of sun. I didn't have to worry about stinging in my eyes when I applied it to my forehead in the sun after 20 minutes of drying. This product will make your skin look white when you put it on in the correct amounts. It will leave lighter spots on clothing, but it will wash out completely. I would use this again because it didn't sting my eyes.
👤I don't know why this product has a good rating. I get burned because it smells like coconut perfume, my skin is itchy, and I leave a white cast. This is the worst physical sunscreen I have used. Save money.
👤This dries out to nothing. I love that! I have medium-neutral skin toned and give this one a 3 on a scale of 1-10. I like to wait until it dries down completely, then rub the cast in circles with my fingers to diffuse it. It works. If you dislike the greasy feeling of spf then you will love this. It is advisable to keep your skin dry down.
👤This is the only sunscreen that mimics the advantages of chemical sunscreen. It rubs in easily. The consistency of diaper cream is different. If you've used other sunbum products before, it has a strong scent. It smells like a nail salon to me. If you're picky, I recommend. I'm used to using mineral sunscreen and may continue to use cheaper products.
👤I've tried a few sunscreens, including the Beach Bum sunscreen, the Australian Gold Botanical spf30 sunscreen, and the Coola mineral sunscreen. This was my least favorite of the three. I have naturally tan skin, but it left behind a white cast after I rubbed it in. It wasn't a purple-hue like the Australian Gold, but it left a sheet white. The texture was better than the Australian Gold, but not as good as the Coola sunscreen. The heavy scent made me like this the least. I don't want to go into work smelling like a swimming pool or tanning salon, so I was looking for a sunscreen for everyday use. The baby sunscreen is not supposed to have a scent, so it would have been better if it had. I still use the Australian Gold at the pool and beach as they are still good sunscreens. This will not be my daily go to because of the scent/white cast/texture.
👤I bought this sunscreen for my vacation. I only applied the product. I wouldn't recommend this sunscreen for everyone.
A fast-absorbing, ultra-sheer and lightweight sunblock is good for you and your family. It's water resistant and perfect for kids and adults. It's for very sensitive skin. This sunscreen is made with 100% non-nano zinc and has 80 minutes of water and sweat resistant coverage. It's safe for the baby and the entire family. It's fragrance free. ZINC-BASED, MINERAL FORMULA is a sunblock that is free of oxybenzone and octinoxate. Babo's organic Nutri-Soothe Complex enriched me. It is reef friendly. ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY. It is safe on the reef. There is no roxybenzone. The sunscreen is mineral based. Hypoallergenic means that it reduces the risk of allergic reactions. The Environmental Working Group rated the number #1 in safety. Almond, peanut, almond and walnuts are free. Made in the USA and B Corp certified. It's enough for the entire family, so just apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. It is recommended to apply after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
👤My search for a safe sunscreen is over. I've been discouraged by the fact that most of the safe ones are pasty and white and require a lot of rubbing. The product is rubbed completely in about two times. You can see where it landed when you sprayed it. It is completely non-oily when you rub it in. This is light enough that the skin can still breathe, which is something I have never liked using sunscreens for. I forget I am wearing it. If I am dissatisfied with its protection powers, I will change this. I've used this for a week now. Protection has been very good. I took more sun than usual and never burned.
👤There is a spray form for natural sunscreen. It works well and is convenient. My daughter is a fair skinned red head and it lasts for hours in the pool in the afternoon without re-application. I'm not sure I can afford to use it all summer. Make sure to spray in the grass and away from anything that might be damaged by it. After a few weeks of storms, I still see it on my garbage can and concrete patio. It seems to wash off in the shower.
👤Your kids are white! I had my daughter pose.
👤I was excited to find a spray sunscreen that was zinc oxide. It protected from the sun. After the second day of use, I had a rash on my neck, inner elbow, and chin. My daughter had a similar rash, but it was less severe. It worked well for my husband, who does not have sensitive skin.
👤This is my favorite toxicity sunscreen, especially for kids. You can run it in quickly because it sprays on easily. If you don't rub it in right away, you end up with white skin. It works really well and is the lowest toxicity rating on EWG for a spray. It smells good. Stays on. Kids don't complain. I am a huge fan.
👤This is the best zinc spray I've tried. It doesn't make you look like you have very white or silver skin, and it rubs in pretty easily. Some of them are so bad that they make you look like a crazy person and force you to use less healthy options. I will stick with this one until there is a clear option.
👤I spent a lot of time researching spray sunscreens to use when I was too lazy to re- apply when I went for a walk. Good ratings on EWG. It sprays on white because of the high zinc levels, but that doesn't bother me. It is possible to rub it in but it takes a bit more work. This is a spray sunscreen that I would recommend.
👤I ordered the Babo liquid sunscreen, Babo face stick sunscreen and Babo sunscreen to take on our Florida vacation. We went to the beach after coating our bodies with these products. We coated again after about an hour. After only 3.5 hours in the sun, this is the result. My husband and daughter burned very badly. All of us have olive skin tones. My husband was 800-273-3217 I tried to return the products, but they wouldn't let me. Don't buy this brand.
Water resistance can be up to 40 minutes. The original SPF 50 is CLEAR ZINC SUNSCREEN. They use this every day. The smell of sunscreen is like summer. They made a sunscreen to protect people who love the sun. Sun protection is Mokturian. This zinc adds a barrier to your face and protects you from the sun. Their oil-free, water-resistant and reef friendly. All skin types can benefit from clear Zinc SPF 50. 👤The description says it's free of the drug. That is the third ingredient on the container I was shipped. Not to mention the Octinoxate. Sun bum is an 'environmentally conscious' surf oriented company.
👤The only ingredient was zinc. I assumed it was only an active ingredient, but it is. They stress zinc despite the other ingredients because they know a lot of us avoid chemical sunscreens for health and environmental reasons. It was dishonest.
👤There is no shame in my friend jack having a bald head. He lost his hat twice while we were in Africa. Twice in Mogadishu and once in Monrovia. He started to cry and say that he was thinking about going home to his mom as his head started crisping. I pulled this out of my backpack. His head was sexy and slippy after I helped rub it in. Jack's smile came back like a wonderful sunrise after it stopped burning.
👤The Coppertone has more zinc oxide than the other one. The price for one ounce of Sun Bum is more than 6 ounces of Coppertone. There is a Sun Bum Active ingredients include Octinoxate 7.5%, Octisalate 5%, Octocrylene 10%, and Zinc Oxide 7%. C12-15 alkyl benzoate, ethylhexyl palmitate, ethylhexyl stearate, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone, glycerin, cetyl dimethicone, hydrogenated castor oil are active ingredients. For one ounce, the cost is $9.71 at Amazon. The active ingredients are listed. Octinoxate is 7.5%, Octisalate is 5%, and Zinc Oxide is 14.5%. Water, C12-15 alkyl benzoate, neopentyl glycol, diheptanoate, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone are active ingredients. The price at Wal-mart is $8.63 for six ounces.
👤They do not list chemical filters in the description. I bought zinc oxide to avoid filters, but they still add negative ingredients. What an insult.
👤I love the smell of Sunbum products. I went for the face cream. I was careful when I opened it because I read that it made a mess when you pulled the seal off. People make a mess when they first open a seal. There is a small tab on the seal that is not directly on the edge of the seal, which is something that needs extra protection. It only looks like you need to pull the top off like a can of tuna. The seal will come off the top of the tub and sit on the rim of the tub. Use your finger nail to break the suction. I love the actual lotion. A little goes a long way. I was a little worried that the clear zinc oxide wouldn't be clear but it rubs in completely. I wonder if putting this on before any other face wash or drying my face would help with the thin layer of greasiness left on my face. It does not bother me at all. I know we are going to get our money's worth out of this product.
👤My little one has a hard time with the suntan on her face. Most sunblocks make her eyes red and last for a few days after use. When I found this Sun Bum product, I was very happy. My child has no issues with the redness or allergic reaction when she uses this on her face. This is not meant for the whole body. If only used for water play days, it can last the entire season. I wouldn't recommend this product under make- up as it's thick. Thank you Sun Bum! My child can play without pain.
One container. Alba Botanica Kids Tropical Fruit SPF 50 Sunscreen Spray is in a bottle. The sunscreen is made with botanical ingredients. It is water resistant for up to 80 minutes. No oxybenzone, octinoxate or gluten. The Skin Cancer Foundation recommends it.
👤I bought this when I was looking for a sunscreen that didn't have oxybenzone. I like this brand for other things, so I decided to try the sunscreen. It has a weird smell. I bought the spray and the lotion, but the spray doesn't smell as good as the lotion does. It has a strange smell. But... It doesn't have to smell bad, but it does provide UV protection.
👤I would love to return this horrible sunscreen. The smell is bad. The smell is overwhelming and it does not smell like a fruit. My husband asked me to throw it away. The money was wasted.
👤My son and I were in a rash after this product. I can't say that it would do that to everyone, but it's ruining our vacation as this rash is all over us. I will not purchase this again.
👤It might be a great product. We used it 1x and it didn't spray. It smells great but not worth the money to use 1x and be tucked away in our beach bag the next time, it's not worth it!
👤I would never recommend this product to anyone because it could cause a reaction or burn my child.
👤I try to look for sunscreens that have less chemicals, but I also need a spray and mineral sunscreens don't spray well. My kids love the smell of this stuff. I can usually get it on sale if I plan well.
👤It goes on fast because it smells good. I tell the kids to hold their breath and spray each other. They have to stand out of the sunscreen cloud. There are no fights to get sunscreen on. Everyone who has used it has liked the smell.
👤The scent is not fruity. The smell of alcohol burns your nose and eyes. I don't think it works very well. It is pretty sheer. It did not irritate my girls skin. She was getting red after applying.
👤This was purchased a number of times now and will be purchased again. It is easy to use and it has a pleasant scent. There is a The whole family has used it. It was purchased as a last resort for a strong willed three year old who wouldn't wear sunscreen. Thank goodness, this has been a game-changing event.
👤My son has an allergy to sun creams. I found a one that worked but was not suitable for children with dark skin. I thought I would try this one. It seemed fine after the patch test. He didn't get a purple or white glow to his skin, but it did smell amazing and he had a bad reaction to it a few days later. There is a The search continues.
👤I don't usually write reviews, but this year was hard to find a reef-friendly sunscreen and I wanted to post that I thought this one was great. It's easy to use, it works at any angle, and my kids were protected in a tropical country. They have olive skin. The factor 30 cream in the same brand was good, but not as easy to use as the spray, and was slightly thicker than other creams.
Mineral SPF 50 protects against the sun's harmful rays. Some of them like to go outside. Broad Spectrum SPF 50 protection from UVA/UVB rays is provided by the Mineral face stick, which sits on top of your skin to block sun. Chemical free sun screen. The zinc-based Mineral collection was created for lounging. The Sun Bum collection is lightweight and silky and will leave your skin feeling clean, natural and protected. How to use. 15 minutes before the sun exposure. After 80 minutes of sweating and swimming, apply again. Sonny has a tip. A white tint is normal, as the rad screen sits on top of your skin, not absorbing into it. Protect your skin. The key to safe sun is to protect your skin. It means that the people who live on the beach need products that work on the most intense days in the sun. When you make products to protect the ones you love, you make them better.
👤If you have only one finger, this product is perfect. It's tiny, the size of a lighter but wider. It's my fault that I didn't read the reviews and think about what 0.45 oz means, but I expected something on the order of a deodorant stick. Unless this thing has gold flakes in it, I'm not going to buy it, and I think the next time I need to buy sunscreen is after its first and last use. Did I mention it was small?
👤It's tiny. Lasted 2 uses. A huge rip off.
👤This thing is small. I think I should have looked closer. measurement I assumed it was normal sized because it was set next to full size products. It will be good to take a vacation. I don't know if my husband will use it.
👤I apply it last and let it warm up a little to solve the problem. There were no complaints from the kids about the burning of their eyes while swimming. Aveeno baby, Neutrogena Baby, and Sun Bum regular face stick are the best face sticks in that area. There were no burns from the sun. Benefits outweigh the cost difference for us.
👤I don't recommend this. I was expecting more. The size doesn't bother me. It fits on small places of the face because it is small. It is hard and dry so it is not easy to apply. If you want the product to pass to your skin, you have to do it strongly. There is a little white color and some sunscreen. I used my serum first and then put the sunscreen on. This is a better way to wear the slipper.
👤I used the stick sunscreen on my face and nose while we were in Hawaii. I used the Sun Bum spray for my body and the Sun Bum face sunscreen for the rest of my face. I didn't burn or get pink despite being in the sun for hours, but I had to blend and rub it in a bit since it's thick. The scent is nice as well. There is a My teen nephews who are too cool for sunscreen, at least let me tell them to put it on their face.
👤I can't use products that seem to care about your skin. Quickly break out. There was a rash. It's not good for the environment. Sun Bum is great. It goes on smooth. There was never a skin reaction. Doesn't make you look like a ghost. I will not use anything else.
👤The consistency of this stuff makes it smell like coconut sugar frosting. It's great, but I prefer to smell it on a cookie than on my face. The smell lasts for hours. I find that sweet smelling products attract bees, so this is a deal breaker for me. I will return it. There is a If you love coconut and you don't mind the scent, you'll love this! At the end of it all, it is a good sunscreen.
Alba Botanica Sensitive Mineral Fragrance Free SPF 30 Sunscreen Lotion has a tube. The sunscreen is made with botanical ingredients. It is water resistant for up to 80 minutes. No oxybenzone, octinoxate or gluten. The Skin Cancer Foundation recommends it.
👤After we decided to switch from chemical sunscreen to physical sunscreen, I bought 4 different types of physical sunscreens to see which one I liked the most. I would not recommend it based on how it applied or made my skin feel. It is difficult to compare the feel of physical and chemical sunscreens because physical sunscreens are harder to apply and rub in. A quick primer is physical work by containing active mineral ingredients that sit on top of your skin. Chemical sunscreens turn UV rays into heat. The sunscreens that I tried were listed first. The ranking is based on ease of application and overall feel, since all 4 sunscreens protected me from the sun. Top 2 are recommended, bottom 2 are not. The recommended baby is the Blue Lizard Baby.
👤The product provided no protection from the sun. Two of my family members came back from a field event with very bad burns, despite applying the lotion multiple times during the day. The tube went into the trash. I will be giving feedback on their website. Don't spend your money on it.
👤I will be honest. I was expecting it to smell better. It has a fruity scent, but it was mostly chemical to me. It was easy to apply and didn't leave any film of white. This product didn't seem like spf 30 to me. I used it in Hawaii. If I use spf 30 I don't get any color at all and don't burn, but if I use spf 15 I may tan but also burn. I got a pretty deep tan but didn't burn. I have fair-med skin. If you're in a tropical location and don't want any color at all, I would recommend a highter spf. There is a If this review was helpful, you should click the "thumbs-up" button. I was not paid to write this review.
👤This sunscreen has a lot of natural extracts in it, but it is also filled with a long list of synthetic ingredients. It looks like you just added a lot of plant extracts to your synthetic sunscreen. I did a patch test and it didn't make my skin itch, but since I was looking for a sunscreen based on natural ingredients, this didn't fit the bill. I'm still looking for a natural sunscreen.
👤I've been using this product for a long time. It's not greasy and it doesn't bother my skin. It makes my skin appear a bit pale because it is a physical sunscreen. I wear this product on my face, neck, and hands for many years. I have no complaints. It protects my skin from the sun. There is a I have to purchase this scent free version online because my local organic grocer stopped selling it. The customers want scent free. This product does what it is supposed to do.
👤I stopped using this product because it was drying and not emolient. The cast contains titanium dioxide and it's what happens! It was like spreading toothpaste on your skin. It left my hands dry. This was the downside of zinc oxide. It has been improved. It doesn't feel like it's so dry now, it rubs in better and the white cast disappears. If you want a mineral sunscreen that stays on the surface of your skin and is not harmful to the environment, you need a good percentage of zinc. You can get sun exposure right away. You have to wait 20 minutes for chemical sunscreens to absorb into your skin, not to mention what they do to the environment. No smart person!
Water doesn't protect you from the sun. Normal sunscreens are made using water. They decided to take the water out. Skinnies is better for the environment because they don't waste water and the sunscreen acts like a concentrate on your skin doing what it should for longer. Skinnies Sungel SPF30 uses advanced Organogel to create a layer that bonds to the top of your skin so the sunscreen filters stay in place. A pea size blob is all you need for your face, neck and ears. Skinnies is a light apricot color gel that rubs in clear for instant. Skinnies offer long- lasting SPF30 UVA and UVB broad spectrum protection, and won't sting eyes when you get active or sweat. Skinnies has a smart gel that responds to hot and cold temperature, so it doesn't degrade in heat when at the beach or in the cold when in the snow. The Editors' Choice Award at the outdoor retailer was won by Popular Mechanics. Runners World was the winner of the Editors' Choice Award. The Best New Brand Award was won by Allure. REEF SAFE. Skinnies is vegan and water resistant. Does not contain any drugs. Skinnies complies with Hawaii Sunscreen Bill.
👤I like the way it feels on my skin. The consistency is similar to leaving a face stick in the sun. I could wear it under makeup and it didn't feel heavy. It felt good. There is a I expected great customer service, but when I contacted Skinnies directly to let them know my product only had a couple of months left, they said their manufacturer put the wrong date on it. When I ran out, they told me to reach out again and give me a coupon. That sounds like an excuse to me. There are two more After the second or third use, the tube feels half empty. There are lots of air pockets. If you use a pea sized amount, it feels like you're rubbing dry skin, so you end up using more than they say to use. There are 3 more The tube broke. The top of the tube came unglued and the product started coming out both ends. I don't think that makes me confident on their process. There are four The product gave me a rash. I have sensitive skin and can break out, but I have never in 39 years gotten a rash like this from sunscreen. I have tried them all. This is a sunscreen and not a sunblock, but my kids tend to get very dark in the sun and this product didn't seem to stop that, so I'm not listing it as a con. Maybe they were protected from the harmful UV rays, but I am going back to our white zinc oxide.
👤It works as a sunscreen, but it is greasy and doesn't have a strong scent. Sometimes you can squeeze out the separated oil from the emulsified product. It doesn't "dry down" like other sunscreens. It stays greasy. It's like using a product on your skin.
👤I wanted it to not feel gross on my face after many applications. It doesn't feel as gross and greasy as normal sunscreens do, and I can definitely tell that there is something on my face when I touch it with my hands. It feels light on my face and I don't want to wash it off when I get home. I messaged the company and they said it is still safe to use if the coconut oil gets warm. I spent a week out in the sun at 10,000 feet elevation working cattle and I didn't burn. Despite the separation, it still worked great. It was easy to apply and spread over my face and neck, without needing a lot of rubbing in. I would recommend it. I didn't burn, it was light, and it was quick to reapply.
👤I have pale skin. The sun is not a regular thing for me in the PNW. When I see the sun, I need to wear sunscreen. I don't like the feeling of sunscreen on my skin. I have to apply it to hot and sweaty skin. There is a This stuff is not bad. I put it on a light layer in a cool place and let it set. It lasts all day from there. I have to apply sunscreen every hour or so, but this stuff lasts. My pale winter skin did not burn after one morning application of this stuff, after I spent a week at Disney World. I am in awe. There is a You have to plan the application to keep from getting greasy skin, and a little goes a long way. This stuff is worth it.

👤Y'all. I almost didn't like it. I have done a lot of research on sunscreen. A lot. SPF is a must for me because I use retinol and acids in my skin care. I have tried many brands of mineral sunscreens and they always look like ghosts. Nothing helped, not even a good match on the tinted versions. They all felt greasy and heavy, stung my sensitive skin, and gave me a ghost face. The super goop was a top rated pic because of the research I did. I put it off for the price and thought it was worthless. I was going to dislike it so I would be like "I KNEW it!". There is a Well... I love it and it's worth the price. You don't even feel it! It almost feels like a really good primer and there is no cast to skin tone. The hype was earned.
👤I was hesitant to purchase this because of the high price, but it was worth it! I use a lot of skin care products, but I usually have issues with sunscreens and moisturizers making my other skin care products peel. I did not experience peeling or white caste like you would with mineral sunscreens. The texture doesn't look greasy or like a foundation primer. It is definitely worth it.
👤I have burned my skin while using this sunscreen. There is a The first time I thought I was in the sun too long, but after the second time, I realized the sunscreen is not SPF 40. There is a I applied a thick layer of Unseen Sunscreen to my face, neck and shoulders before I went shopping. I walked in and out of stores and under shaded walkways for 1.5 hours and both my face and shoulders burned. There is a line where my sleeveless top ended. There is a My normal SPF 15 is better at protecting me from the sun. The texture of this lotion is amazing. I would have spent money on it on my face, neck and shoulders if it had worked out. I wrote to the company directly about the SPF problem and they responded within an hour, requesting additional information which indicates that they care about the quality of their products. I hope my SPF was not a problem for them.
👤My doctor recommended this. I like it. It's easy to apply. It feels like silk. Light skin encourages me to use it. I disliked the feel of my sunscreens. I can use this on my make up or on my skin. It may be expensive, but a little goes a long way and it lasted me for a couple months.
👤This primer+sunscreen is a chemical sunscreen, which is great for the lightweight feel and completely sheer finish, but not so great for my skin, which is very sensitive and prone to acne. If you have this skin type, you should avoid it and use a mineral sunscreen. I haven't been wearing a sunscreen for 20 days because it broke me out so badly. I only used it for 3 days. : It did not work for me, so I wanted to give an alternate opinion to any sensitive skin/acne prone people out there.

👤I bought some after I heard about it from a few friends. I like that it was for a great price on Amazon. It is over 50. Despite sweating, swimming, etc., the sport variety can be used. My kids are very active, but they don't like putting on sunscreen. I want something that keeps them safe from the sun and chemicals in sunscreen, and that stays on for a while. All of my boxes are checked. We tell our kids we are going to make them look like a ghost, t-Rex, lion, and anything they like when we do sunscreen on them. We tell them to scare the other parent so they don't get scared and the only way for the other parent to stop being scared is to rub the sunscreen on. This has been working for a while now so I will take it. If it helps you, that's great!
👤We all got a very bad sunburn after applying very liberally and more than once in a 2 hour time frame. It was listed as an EWG top natural sunscreen. I've been using Blue Lizzard for a long time and never had anything like this before. I don't know if summer time shipping with the heat degrades the product. I bought Blue Lizzard at the height of summer. This product is supposed to be SPF50, but it didn't come close to the protection of its competitor. Very dissatisfied and burned very badly!
👤I have used think baby sunscreen for a long time and have always liked it. I am sorry that I switched to thinksport since they are getting older. We were out in the sun for 3 hours with 2 liberal applications and both of my children have terrible sunburns. I used to apply with the think baby, so there should have been no way to get this badly burnt. I will not be using this sunscreen again.
👤I spent a week on the beach. Couldn't ask for more. It has a bit of a white tint, but rubbing it in and applying it in sections makes it seem less noticeable. This is an issue for my teen. I don't care. I want to play in the water and not get burned. I didn't have to worry about my son's eyes getting wet from most sunscreens, it was waterproof, and my sensitive skin didn't get dry. A 6oz tube with multiple daily applications lasted the three of us for a week.
👤If you want to use a physical barrier, it's best to use one that's chemical-barrier-free. Thinksport is usually a good price and it works well, even though most of them are expensive. There is a Thinksport regular, kids, and baby are all the same product, except regular has a different scent.
👤I spent a lot of time researching different sunscreens in an attempt to find one with the least amount of toxic chemicals. When I read through the ingredients, I was very happy and I bought it. I was not sold yet. There is a My family and I went to Florida for a week in October. We were all sweating a lot for most of the day. We applied this sunscreen at the beginning of the day. We did not get a sunburn. Not even my toddler. There is a I am very happy with this product. I don't see why I should buy anything else.
