Best Eco Friendly Yarn Storage Bag

The main problem is that the dividers don't connect in any way to the bag, so they tend to fold up if you aren't stuffing your bag with yarn. I change the color after six rows and they all come out perfect. You can mix or match the colors. The yarn is of good quality and it comes in a nice carrying and storage case. Those familiar with them will know how big they are. The set was bought to make floral decor. I will give the bag away. It's cheap. I don't like that the sides are not transparent. The bag has a transparent side wall that makes it easy to identify things inside. It was easy for us to not clean dust after summer because we could avoid it by closing it with zip. I found out quickly that someone might have returned one of them because of a broken zippers. I went to the brand new bag to find the same issue-broken zippers. All I can tell you is to be careful with each one. The bags were given a 1 star because the fabric seems durable, but the manufacturer needs to put more durable zippers in them. I'll be looking for a different brand.

👤I've tried a lot of different types of bags and they all use a variety of materials. Over time, the fabric ones get gross. The vinyl ones are not dishwasher safe. You can easily lose a Silicone one that requires a separate rod. This one is easy to use. There are no separate pieces to lose. Can tolerate any temperature or microwave. They are very easy to clean if they get gunky and I trust that they aren't hiding anything. They are the most expensive and I wish they offered a bulk discount. I would use them for everything if they were cheaper.

👤Start with one or two and build your collection as you get rid of the bags in your drawers. We've been using all sizes of Stasher bags for nearly a year and have not had any issues with them. We use them to keep crackers/chips/bread fresh, to keep leftovers in the fridge or freezer, to pack sandwiches/meds/dog food or treats, and so many more things. I don't know why some people are having trouble putting a sandwich in the bag, if they are trying to put a double decker club in there. I can fit a ham and cheese sandwich in that size. We put them in the dishwasher, cook them in the microwave, and thenMarinate them. They don't leak, they don't smell, are easy to close and open, and don't take up much room compared to traditional tupperware or other food storage. If you put squishy stuff or liquid in there, soak it in baking soda and vinegar for 30 minutes to make sure the crevices don't mold. I do this a couple of times a month. They won't last as long if you don't take care of them. They cost more and require more work than regular plastic baggies, so if you want to use them once, stop using single use plastic.

I have never used it on the stove top. I think I will hold back on that because it makes me nervous. They wash up great in the dishwasher. I don't use my dishwasher often. I clean them by hand. 👤I bought this because it said it repelled mice. We have a mouse problem in the office. They climb in my file cabinet and leave a trail of poop on the top of my files. They failed to do their job after being away for a weekend. When I opened the cabinet this morning, there was a new line of poop. I gave some to my coworker who put them in her drawers. She said when she returned to work there was more poop in her drawers than before she used the product. Don't buy something that doesn't work.

I use them with my essential oils by just putting a couple drops on each ball and tossing them in with my towels, sheets, clothing and anything else I would use fabric softener on. They work well, they are a good size and made of great quality wool. I have had no problems with any of them and I am thinking of buying another pack. 6 is a great number for a large load of laundry and works well with my huge comforters. I have not used a drop of fabric softener since I started using these. These for drying make my laundry super soft in combination with using my salt, washing soda, and sal suds from Dr. bronner's as a detergent, and filling my downy ball with white vinegar. My laundry is soft and clean without using any chemicals and I save money by using EO and sal suds. After going through the whole process of making my own laundry soap and finding out it wasn't actually cleaning, I won't stray from it. If you really want a nice smell like those synthetic softners, use drops of essential oil on them.

I fit a queen size heavy velvet comforter with two sets of flannel sheets in one bag and no struggle to close it. There is a I don't know why the lid doesn't go all the way to the back, but the zippers don't go completely all the way to the back. It is a hassle until you figure out how to keep it propped.
